We’re looking for a Talent Management Coordinator to support our growing and newly formed Talent Management team at PacifiCorp, a leading electric utility. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to exciting new initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, and Performance Management. What You'll Do

You’ll be one of two support members for our growing team of ~12 talent professionals, helping to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. Whether you’re coordinating interviews, managing learning systems, or jumping in on a new project, your work will make a real impact.

 

Talent Acquisition Support

  • Coordinate candidate travel and interview logistics
  • Manage pre-employment tasks (e.g., drug screens, background checks)
  • Track referral bonuses and handle unemployment claims
  • Support relocation processes and documentation
  • Provide administrative support for immigration cases
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for data entry and reporting
  • Provide recommendations and implement process and procedural improvements through research of best practices and effective presentation of information, plans and proposals.

 

Learning & Development Support

  • Set up and update assignment profiles in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Create and maintain learning curricula based on business needs
  • Roster course completions and pull learning reports (e.g., new hire training, compliance)
  • Assist in developing and updating L&D content, job aids, and assessment tools

 

General Departmental Support

  • Reconcile expenses and process invoices
  • Maintain documentation and manage digital filing systems
  • Update and manage content on the department’s intranet pages
  • Monitor and respond to team inboxes
  • Fulfill ad hoc reporting and administrative requests

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a talent-related or administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving ability
  • Detail oriented with the ability to balance accuracy and speed
  • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Experience with ATS or LMS systems is a plus

 

Preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience with HRIS systems, particularly ATS and/or LMS platforms
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, or training
  • Experience supporting a team or working with cross-functional stakeholders
